In 1990, Luca Lovati graduated in political science.
He started his professional career in a consultancy company. In this function he was in charge of the HR organisation.
In 1997, he worked for an Italian start-up, a temporary employment agency. He became HR Manager when his predecessor left the company.
In 2005, seeing how to sell HR consulting, Luca decided to open his own company with another partner, Lovati & Associati based in Milan and Rome.
Luca believes it is important to have international partners to achieve a global recruitment projects for his international clients.
