With over 15 years of experience in recruitment & selection and interim mediation, I bring a lot of knowledge and experience plus a large network. Clear communication and transparent services provide clarity and that is what I stand for. I look at candidates through a business administration lens and am only satisfied when all parties are happy.

After my studies at Nijenrode and the VU University in Amsterdam, I started working at ABN AMRO. At the bank I fulfilled various commercial and management positions. I have also led projects in the field of sustainability. In all these roles I have recruited many candidates to strengthen my own teams. After 10 years I decided to start my own company in recruitment & selection and secondment and in 2012 I launched a new temporary employment concept on the market. I have been working with pleasure and enthusiasm at Employment Services in Baarn since 2018. In my role as a senior consultant, I am responsible for secondment and interim and I also recruit for permanent roles.
