Stéphanie Leclère

After being mastered, Stéphanie first integrated the Faculty of Psychology as a Research Assistant in Cognitive Sciences. Then she started taking up a responsability for Recruitment with the Federal Government of Economics and Middleclass. Within this organization, She acquired the function of manager for the department of Recruitment & Selection. Afterwards  Later on, she started a practice of Neuropsychology at the Pediatric department of the Regional Hospital in Namur, a job which she combined with a function of HR Consultant at GRH Management.

Since 2008 Stéphanie joined and then took over Leclère & Consultants. With a small team of of talented and enthusiastic professionals they specialized in the sourcing and the selection of managers, experts, high potentials, leaders covering : Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR positions.
